Valuation Technical & Practitioner Committee (VTPC)

The VTPC provides essential oversight for our research and methodology development

IFVI established the Valuation Technical & Practitioner Committee (VTPC) to direct, validate, and approve the research and methodology produced by the cooperation of IFVI and the Value Balancing Alliance (VBA).

The VTPC is led by Chair George Serafeim, Charles M. Williams Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School, and Vice Chair Sonja Haut, Head of Impact Valuation at Novartis.
